Delivery Policy & Information
Deliveries for Small Jobs – most weeks, delivery can be made 3-4 days from the date when order was placed; however during busy months and holidays the time frame may grow to 1-1/2 to 2 weeks from when order is placed.
Deliveries for Medium to Large Jobs - for orders requiring many truss designs, layouts, and/or approval, delivery is normally 1 - 2 weeks from when the order is approved. These are the guidelines that can be used, however you can call the office at any time to verify current delivery lead times.

For Deliveries that Are Scheduled – If you are advised at the last moment that job sites are not ready for delivery on scheduled date please call us or email us immediately so we can make other arrangements, or postpone delivery to a later date. Deliveries that require wide load permits cannot be rescheduled past the expiration of permits once they have been ordered. If so, we will need to forward the cost to our customers for each state ordered.
